Nitriding Services operates from a purpose-built premises in Telford, coincidentally situated just a few miles from the birthplace of the industrial revolution at Ironbridge. The Company specialises in low distortion, low temperature, thermochemical processes and modern vacuum treatment techniques.

Nitriding Services have achieved Nadcap and the AS9100 Accreditations for Aerospace and Defence Industry work.

Nitriding Services is an established Nadcap approved Nitriding and Vacuum treatment facility with approvals held for over 7 years. This development is part of a group-wide extension of Aerospace and Defence Industry quality accreditation for all the heat treatment and surface engineering services.
Post Oxidation treatment after Nitriding is also available at TTI Telford. This additional process enhances the corrosion resistance of the nitrided surface and provides a aesthetically pleasing black finish. Please contact us to discuss this option.

In addition this is in response to the increasing demand for independent, third-party certification of the manufacturing supply chain within these sectors.
